We had arranged a 2-day workshop for our managers with the intent of preparing them to acquire skills needed to progress to the next level of their careers. During the workshop, the team from AnmolSparsh dealt with various topics such as VUCA, getting prepared and building resilience. The workshop was very interactive with scenarios analysis, role plays and debriefs, and these kept the participants very engaged and interested. Some managers who normally do not open up with their inputs and opinions participated energetically, since the facilitators could create a safe environment for their participation.

Since we were growing rapidly and also expanding our services to cover new offerings, we needed a new Sales Incentive Plan.
